Radical Transparency
Every dollar the party receives and spends is published on-chain. If it isn't on the ledger, it didn't happen.
The American Meme Party is the first political party financed entirely by the trading fees of its own token, and administered around the clock by an autonomous agent. Every trade funds the cause. Every dollar is on the record.
We the Holders, in order to form a more perfect Party, establish transparent Finance, insure on-chain Tranquility, provide for the common Meme, promote the general Vibe, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Charter for the American Meme Party.— Preamble to the Party Charter, Article 0
No donors. No lobbyists. No backroom checks. The party is funded by a fee on every $AMP trade, routed into a public treasury that anyone can audit, at any hour.
Allocations are written into the Charter and enforced by the treasury multisig. The Agent may propose changes; holders ratify them.
An autonomous AI agent runs the party's daily operations: it registers, files, budgets, posts and reports. Humans hold the pen where the law requires a signature; the Agent does everything else, in public.
Prepares and files the paperwork for a political committee, then state party status. Tracks every deadline.
Sweeps token fees into the treasury, proposes spending, and publishes a ledger entry for every dollar out.
Drafts proposals, runs holder votes, and executes only what passes. No private channels, no off-chain deals.
Ships memes, recruits volunteers, organizes signature drives and coordinates local chapters in all 50 states.
A weekly State of the Party address: income, spending, progress against the Plan, and what comes next.
Five phases from token launch to a name on the ballot. Each phase unlocks when the treasury hits its target, so the party only grows as fast as the people fund it.
Launch $AMP, switch on the Agent, and stand up the treasury with human safeguards before a single dollar is spent.
Register as a political committee, open a compliant bank account, and choose the first state where we pursue full party status.
Build local chapters, recruit volunteers, and turn online reach into signatures on real petitions.
Run real people for real local offices: school boards, city councils, state houses. Start small, win early, compound.
The first national convention of a party built by its holders. A platform written in public, a nominee chosen on-chain, a run for Congress.
Six founding orders. Serious about transparency, unserious about everything else.
Every dollar the party receives and spends is published on-chain. If it isn't on the ledger, it didn't happen.
No super-donors, no secret checks. The party is funded by the people who trade, in amounts anyone can see.
Free expression online is a civic right. We fight for open platforms and against laws that chill speech.
Public budgets, public code, public votes. Government tools should be as auditable as a smart contract.
We explain bills, budgets and ballots in formats people actually read. If it can't be a meme, it's too complicated.
Major decisions, from candidates to budgets, go to a public vote. The Agent executes; it does not rule.
Hold $AMP, and every trade you make funds the movement. Enlist below to get the weekly State of the Party and first notice of chapter launches in your state.

That's the plan. Phase I builds the treasury and the team; Phase II files the paperwork to register a political committee and pursue party status in a pilot state. Registration happens through the proper legal process, with a human treasurer and counsel.
It runs the operations: filings calendar, budgeting, reporting, content, volunteer coordination. The law requires named humans for certain roles, like the treasurer, so those signatures stay human. The Agent proposes and executes; humans and holders hold the veto.
A fee on every $AMP trade flows to the treasury wallet. How those funds can be used for political activity depends on election and tax law, which is why legal compliance has its own line in the budget from day one.
No. $AMP is a meme token with no promise of returns, dividends or profit. Holding it gives you a voice in party votes, not a share of anything. Only spend what you're happy to donate to democracy.
